This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your installation and use of the This Tracker mobile application (the "App"), published by This Tracker ("we", "us", or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service as a whole. Where this EULA and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter specific to the App binary itself, this EULA controls.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use of the Service.

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade names.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store or platform through which you downloaded it (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions). Where required by the platform, that platform is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
We may release updates to the App from time to time to add features, improve performance, or address issues. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Service.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA, or when your account is terminated under our Terms of Service. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
Note: This EULA covers the App license only. Your data, account, and use of the Service more broadly are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. The disclaimers and limitation of liability set out in our Terms of Service apply equally to your use of the App under this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law rules, on the same basis as set out in our Terms of Service.
