You can permanently delete your This Tracker account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it, and exactly what is removed.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted we cannot restore it, your position history, or your remaining credit balance. If you only want to stop using the Service for a while, simply sign out instead.
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
Your account and personal data are erased immediately and you are signed out. You will not receive any further notifications from us.
If you cannot access the app — for example you have lost your password or your device — email us and we will delete the account for you.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently erased:

| Credit balances and history | Deleted — any remaining AI tokens, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or data credits are forfeited without refund |

| Email and phone verification records | Deleted |
A small amount of data survives account deletion. We keep only what we are required to, or what is no longer linked to you as an individual.

If you are the sole owner of your devices and want their position history erased as well, say so in your deletion request and we will remove the devices and all their recorded positions along with your account.
